DGCONF specifies the file of configuration parameters to be loaded, if exists, on the invocation. The default value is relative to the name of the executable file of DeleGate. For example, if the path of the executable is "X:/path/of/dg9_4_1.exe" then DGCONF="X:/path/of/dg9_4_1.conf".
