I did copy & paste the line on my Win2K machine and got like this:
 ...

This is very usual log output from DeleGate right after it has started
and is waiting a request from a client.
It stays stopped until a request will come from a client, of course.

Why do you think so?  As long as I know, it runs commonly on any Win32
architecture, especially on WinNT series.

You don't need edit a group file manually with this version and later.
