i have got a problem with the following configuration:

%> delegated -P8021 SERVER=ftp PROXY=192.168.1.1:80

afterwards connecting to the delegate server on the apropriate port
%> ftp localhost 8021
.....
...
.
cd //ftp.target.com


the proxy is a standart http proxy.
it seems like delegte does not recognize the http proxy , there is no
connection opend
towards the targe ftp server .

if you need further details , please let me know and i will
send you detailed log files .
